It was great! I'm sure that once the bar and other consumption areas are reopened, this will be an even better hotel. As of today, it's already good, so it can only get better. Thanks again to the wonderful staff, Octavio, Sandra, and everyone at the restaurant for a pleasant stay. Note: Keep an eye on maintenance; it could use some attention.
Went on a business trip with other coworkers. Overall the hotel location was great. Near shopping mall, a beautiful park within a walking distance. I didn't like the food. There was no healthy balanced options. Not enough proteins for breakfast. And dinner was either greasy or spicy. Maybe it was the menu offered for my company? I don't know.
I really appreciated the overall team from the reception, to the cleaning, and mostly the restaurant. Everything was really well settled.
Room was huge and comfortable. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel both days and loved all of my meals. Staff were helpful.
Very clean and up to date. Comfortable bed and very spacious room. Bathroom was also great. Only reason I can't leave 10 rating is because water pressure was lacking and TV content was plainly terrible ( bad resolution, cut image in a wrong aspect ratio, programming was very bad, felt like TV from the 80s)
Probably one of the Hotels in Mexico City with the great views, also rooms excellent . Staff at the frontdesk kind an warm . They ALWAYS DROP THE BALL AS FAR AS THE RESTAURANT GOES, wether there is no inventory of Tequila, or Chicken or eggs for their Chilaquiles the restaurant has become a liability in terms of revenue. The funny part is they give away this breakfast but it's not worth it. DONT GET ME WRONG PLEASE STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOU WILL LOVE IT! , JUST EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE
Been staying here every December for the past 3 years and it never disappoints. Great prices, great rooms, amazing beds, delicious food and by far what I enjoy the most is the views. Will be coming back for years to come.
Located in a very nice area. Hotel staff very attentive. Breakfast is always good. Stayed for a week and never had any issues with food or service. The King Fish restaurant in the hotel is really delicious too.
